3 eggs
1 peeled & cored apple
raisins – 1c
Almond flour – 2c
Agave – 1/2c
Coconut milk- 1/3c
Coconut oil – 1/4c
Cinnamon – 1Tbsp
Pumpkin pie spice – 1.5tsp
Baking soda – .5tsp
Salt – pinch
Mix together all dry ingredients in a mixing bowl, except the raisins.
In a larger bowl, gather mix all the wet ingredients. Peel&shred the apple, adding the apple pieces to wet ingredients.
Pour dry ingredients into wet ingredients and mix will. Stir in the raisins.
Pour batter into muffin tin and bake in oven at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
Remove from oven and sprinkle with coconut sugar and cinnamon. Let cool. Store in air tight container
