- 1/2 cup yogurt of your choice (greek yogurt has the highest protein content)
- Half or a full banana
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 1 Tbsp of almond butter
- Cacao nibs as garnish
- 2 tsp agave or honey
- Dash of cinnamon as garnish
Banana split build
- In a bowl, scoop in yogurt.
- Cut banana in slices and lay on top of yogurt as well as blueberries.
- With a spoon, dress the bowl with the almond butter.
- Sprinkle cacao nibs over the bowl and drizzle with agave.
- Sprinkle a couple dashes of cinnamon to finish off the banana split.
